This frying pan exceeded all my expectations. It's big and deep, and because it's so big I'm glad it's aluminum, otherwise it would be too heavy to use. It's just perfect, I already want another one. Don't think about it, just order, it doesn't get any better than this!

I've only used it once but I was impressed. I fried 2 halves of chicken, a whole carrot and large chunks of sweet potatoes. I put liquid on the bottom so the drops don't stick and can be served with food. All sides were a nice caramelized color and the chicken skin was crispy. The pan is easy to clean by hand. What a simple and delicious meal.

Just opened and the pan is quite badly dented in two places. The smaller dent is almost completely perforated. cheap and I'm really disappointed. The last thing I want is the hassle of repackaging and sending it back since it's not exactly small and the box is long gone. I'm upset, I was on the fence about this brand and I wish I had chosen the other tray in my shopping cart.

Perfect for my smoker oven. In cold weather, there is a slight problem that the bottom of the meat itself will burn with a smoke blanket. This provides another thermal barrier but allows the smoke to circulate (though not as well when placed directly on the grill). In addition, large size for preparatory work. A large brisket or two large pork shoulders will do (I only smoke 23#). I have a recteq rt-590 for reference. Fits perfectly and leaves room for smoke circulation.
