Outstanding quality. Durable and has been a great addition to our kitchen. You can't go wrong with this. Vertical legs ensure easy drainage. Still looks as good as the day we received it.

This is the keeper! I was looking for something with feet so it wouldn't get stuck in the liquid in the sink and that was the ticket. The holes are big enough to drain but not big enough for food to fall through. After a year of use I can honestly say it looks just as good as the day I received it. I am very happy with this purchase.

I can't say I like it and I'm giving it 5 stars as I've just received it and it has yet to prove its durability. However, it seems reliable and well designed. The handle on my Farberwear SS screen broke after decades of good service. If it lasts that long, I'll be happy. By the way, it arrived with no retail packaging, just a sticker on the bottom showing it's "Made in China".

I've had my colander for many years and it's the best colander I've ever had. Sturdy, beautiful, well designed, high quality stainless steel. Just bought another one as a gift and was so happy to see that the quality or design hasn't changed. I filled it with new kitchen towels, paste noodles, and some of the home shop's signature jar sauces to make a whole gift basket out of it. The recipient liked it. I have not seen this sieve anywhere but in Revane.

I bought one for my daughter for the first time for Christmas and was fascinated by its shiny look and robust construction. I had a very good quality plastic colander that my boyfriend brought into the relationship. He was just as helpful, resilient, and loyal as the friend, but showed his age without a corresponding increase in performance (unlike the friend). So not looking for a new friend, I ordered this shiny new screen and said goodbye to the old plastic. Good choice IMHO.

High Quality, Drains Water Properly! Too bad that most filters are not designed for the load. Holes on the bottom that fit into a section surrounded by a massive ring. The remaining holes are a few centimeters higher than this one. Just not this device. The use of legs as opposed to a solid ring allows water to flow through and off the food as it should. A strainer that ensures the movement of the water. Who would have thought? The designs that fail to achieve this involve cross-contamination…

As a kitchen gadget lover I have to say I am very impressed with this particular item. Most kitchen items are USED and abused in my home, so I try to buy the most durable items. I was very impressed with this item. The biggest issue with my previous screen was its depth. I poured out a pound of paste and about a third of it went into my sink.
