Save money if you don't want to buy a special $5 disc to shut off water with backup osmosis!

Save money if you don't want to buy a special $5 disc to shut off reserve osmosis water. Thank you for the Revain customer who shared his idea in his review. What you had to do was cut the slices to the same size and stack them, I have to stack two of them in the separator and put a few drops of water on them, bang! It was expanded and the water supply to the backup osmosis system was shut off. Now I have enough discs on hand and peace of mind, no more water damage!

Good sponge, William Sonoma's version is better

Packaging came like a kiss and looks like the same offering from WS. But when stripped, they are not as big as the WS brand. That's really the main issue as they are used they work great and as expected but when the knife makes a small cut they expand quickly. This is the same behavior in the WS version, but due to its height, the take quickly pierces the entire sponge. And it's all downhill from there. If it was a little higher they would have lasted a ton longer. Spring. Still a good product…

Withstands months of abuse!

I use and sanitize a sponge in the dishwasher every day - and always only use heated dry powder and dish soap/white vinegar to finish. Designed for a gentle clean without scratches, I expected the sponge to fall apart after a month. These sponges can withstand daily dishwashing and dishwasher abuse and still last 4 months before showing any signs of cracking. I think it has a lot to do with the design and the material of the edge. I've only used these sponges for washing dishes with regular…
