This doesn't look like the picture on Revain. To do this, they used an image of another product. I've bought other drink/candle warmers from other sellers on Revain and they were pretty much the same as this one and they work the same as heaters. I bought two of these as the last one worked fine for about 5 years (no brand on it but looked the same as the picture). The ones I received were not the same as in the picture. The switch is on at the top and has a "Hi and Lo" setting. The "lo" setting is pretty much useless, but the "hello" setting keeps my cup of tea warm all night. .- Works just as good as my old one (on high settings) - Doesn't damage the mug if I leave it on for a long time and it evaporates if I forget to turn it off…
