On the thin side, the best in my rating

This NF fleece is exactly as pictured and as described in previous reviews. Slightly large and thin (no inner lining). Unless you're planning a trip to Antarctica, this is the north side so it still does the job of giving the kids plenty of wiggle room.

  • My son (he is 8 years old) says it is mostly comfortable but a bit small for him.
Cons
  • Higher Price Compared to Other Brands: North Face brand is known for their high quality products, but this may be due to the higher price compared to other similar brands, making them less affordable for some families.

It's so pretty, the color is beautiful.

Got this for our granddaughter, she loves the color and it fits great, she's almost 8, I'm a medium size, it was a bit loose, I think it's better than skinny, she wore it comfortably under her coat while skiing . Hut.

  • Limited Size Availability: X-Large may not fit all boys, so some kids may not be able to wear this stylish jacket.

Says the jacket is hooded but definitely not hooded

For the price it didn't really matter but I bought the sweater thinking it would be hooded which it wasn't. Although no hood is shown in the picture, it is sometimes found in a zipped pocket on the back. no such luck. A little thinner than I expected but definitely a good fit for a New England fall or spring jacket. Can't complain about the price but be aware it does NOT have a hood.

Nice but thin good for me

This is a beautiful top for both boys and girls but I was let down by the material. It's fleece but very thin. More like another layer to wear over a shirt or t-shirt.

Pros
  • Bought for my 12 year old. The material is really nice and soft. Looks great on him.
Cons
  • I'm not sure if this is the real north face. It's so thin I wouldn't call it shirt-thick fleece.
