My 5 year old's foot is only a few 16 feet by 7 inches, I ordered the 11th. My 8 year old's foot is 7 1/2 inches, I ordered the 13th. 13 fit my 5 year old. I will order two sizes up for my big one and hope they fit. In general, I am satisfied with the shoe brand. I'll see if I can seal the drain holes with a hot glue gun as these are what I've been looking for for an inexpensive, wide-toe, minimalist shoe for my hobbits.

I like this! My kids feet are growing insanely fast so I've had to buy 6 pairs in the last 12 months. They wash up well and are passed on to younger friends and cousins. My kids have walked in them a lot and never got blisters - not even coming out of the river wet and gritty and then back to the car. These shoes are very cute, easy to put on and take off, and seem comfortable everywhere except for that awkward cure. In the pictures you can see dried blood where they dug into my daughter's ankle. These shoes are ok with thick socks but I was really hoping to wear them without socks. I am really disappointed that they designed them with such sharp features, they are such great shoes except for one detail.

My son has blisters on his ankle from wearing them today (his first day in them) which means I have to find new shoes to wear outside without socks - these aren't Crocs.

Great water shoes but the back rests on the back of the ankle and hurts. It may be better after stretching if it stretches and the son doesn't want to try.

Bought these for my 3 year old and he said they were comfortable at first. I loved the bright orange color and how durable the soles felt. Made him carry her to camp where they go to the creek to play. Only used them for 3 hours and had blisters on the back of both ankles. The shoes are a bit too big for him, the recommended height difference is according to the size chart, so I don't know if that is one of the reasons why he got blisters. I had to send them back because they were a bit tight and we are almost at the end of the season. I have to say I loved the look and my son loved them but couldn't do without my help. I'll get another pair

They were ideal for running along the river - they did not slip, did not detach from the water that filled them and protected the legs from dirt.

They're not serious, but caused friction blisters on both legs in the Achilles heel area. If they were a little taller in the back and better padded, this might not have happened.

These shoes are great! My son loves her very much. They're a bit heavy on them, but otherwise no complaints! I actually bought a pair. No gum blistering like most water boots.

Bought these for my daughter to wear to the water park. After the first day she had bloody blisters on both little fingers and on the back of the healing. I would only recommend these if you wrap your kids feet with medical tape before wearing them for a long time otherwise they will get into trouble. have pain after the 1st day.

These were my baby's first sandals. He didn't love his cowboy boots anymore and didn't want to wear them anymore because his orange sneakers were so comfortable! He wears them off because he wears so many of them! I wish the price wouldn't go up.

My son has very wide and high feet and they didn't fit him. They were too difficult to fit and too narrow for his extraordinarily stocky hobbit legs. My son, who has average width feet, loves his pair.

Cool shoes but I can't let my son wear them as they rub his heels a lot. His back is raw and even with socks (not necessarily if they're water shoes) his legs still hurt. I would go back but I missed the window because I kept them for a while for his birthday.

After 2 hours in the water my two children complained of pain in their feet, when I checked they were both bleeding from scratches on the backs of their ankles. I was really hoping they were good :/

My son DESTROYED his expensive barefoot sneakers so I wanted to try a budget option. He loves them - they are easy to put on and take off and I love that they are so flexible. No heavy insole.

My 10 year old son needed shoes to hike down the river to camp and chose them. He wears them all the time and loves them. He had no problem with them rubbing his feet and they seem very comfortable.
