Knife Sharpening Set

I took the advice of an experienced butcher who indicated that if he were in the market he would buy this machine for himself. This is exactly what I was hoping for.

An excellent sharpening system for those who know how to use it.

Knives are not meant to cut through flesh, they are meant to cut. You should not smash tomatoes and avocados. Sharp knives produce less onion juice spatter when cutting. Unbeatable price on a meat grinder

I worked in the meat department for almost 6 years starting as an apprentice. I've been thinking about getting my own knife and stone set for about 2 years. Why the hell didn't I do this before?
