My son wears size 10 toddler shoes. I ordered a pair of 12 and 13 bq, I liked the outside quality and I wanted his slippers to grow. The 12th is too small and the 13th fits him just right. The shoes themselves look very comfortable and durable, but the size is not true to size. When trying to return the 12th my only option was to pay for the purchases and deduct them from our refund. That way my son doesn't wear them and we don't waste money on handling fees either,

These shoes are super cute and perfect for winter days to keep my son's feet warm. The only thing that worries me is that there is too much fur inside. My son normally wears a size 7 and I decided to order a size 8 in these shoes so he can wear them longer but with so much fur inside he probably won't wear them as long as I thought he would will be able to. The length is still longer, but the width is a little narrow. I'm assuming the fur will peel off a bit over time with use, but we'll see…
