I like that the brush hangs in the holder and the bristles don't smudge and don't rinse off easily. But rubber bristles don't have the cleaning power for tough jobs.

I love this toilet brush! It cleans well and because it has rubber bristles I find it's a lot cleaner than the regular bristles you find on most toilet brushes. I will not use anything else!

The brush holder on one of the brush sets is defective. No matter how you try to keep the soil on the holder, it just falls off. Very disappointed with the product, especially considering how expensive it is.

I was hoping for a brush that would clean the toilet wall around the rim. It simply cleans the underside just below the rim without cleaning the toilet wall where stains accumulate. Rubber bristles are fine, but not much better than regular nylon bristles other than they can last longer.

I keep an eye on Fly Lady and use her for my daily swipe and swish. It works very well! I've always kept the toilet clean and when I used the underside scrubbing feature of this brush I was amazed to see all the dirt come loose! It was pretty rough, but I was happy to see the brush work so well. I used to use a Clorox disposable toilet pen which I thought would be much better than this Norwex brush, but I was tired of buying replacement brush heads. I always thought the Clorox cleaned well…
