The plastic parts that attach the housing to the visor are made for a thick visor. But I was able to use zip ties to attach the visor. The piece of fabric holding the magnets in place came loose when trying to hold it with tape, but that may have made it too thick. We will see

Good construction, plenty of room (I wear flight goggles), easy to close and latch. My only dislike (sorry) is when you open the case. Glasses fall out. There's no 'pouch', for lack of a better word, of any sort to hold the goggles in place when you open the lid, so you'd better be ready to catch them.

The holder has a much lower profile than the one it replaced. I like it! The magnet is strong enough to keep it closed, but it opens effortlessly. Contrary to a review, there is a bezel inside the holder that holds the glasses in place when the holder is open. The glasses do not fall out, but can be easily removed. In general a good product.

This item is great if your car doesn't have it. It fits an Oakley airplane size. It was great until I was driving down the street in the sun with my visor down and it fell on the floorboard! I think it takes something else between them to hold him. I'm just grateful I ignored it and didn't crash. I put it on the passenger fascia.

I was happy with the product when I received it. It is durable and easy to install. The first day I left it in the car going to work I found it hanging open after 8 hours in the heat. The fabric inside tore from the heat, releasing the magnet holding it closed. I need to find a way to glue it permanently so the magnet will keep the case closed. It's disappointing that the adhesive doesn't stand up to normal car heat.
