Pros: Nice looking strap. Very convenient. Comes with a nice and easy to use strap adjuster to add/remove links to fit your wrist size. Lightweight so it doesn't put pressure on my wrist. Cons: The clasp feels a little loose, like it's made of inferior material, although the strap itself feels strong enough. I do not recommend fastening the clasp. band is huh. I was able to put both wrists through while they were on the watch. The biggest problem is that you don't have enough spare links. There are four of them on each side. After removing four from each side, I was still able to slide both hands through with the watch strap closed. First, add more removable links. Not everyone has such a large wrist. UPDATE: Two of these watch straps have been fighting for about 9 months and both are holding up very well. Very quick to put on and take off, almost no pinching.
