This rug seems to be a decent thickness but doesn't hold up well on the floor. We have tile and wood and the carpet slides over both too easily.

Works great. Durable, lightweight, and most importantly, it won't move, slip or slide! It does a great job of picking up all the leaves and dirt my kids lug around the house. It is also excellent at absorbing and holding water that seeps through the sole of the shoe. This rug really saved the hardwood floors underneath. Even if it gets wet, it won't move or slide. Our dogs run around the house and chase each other. Even then the carpet does not move.

I almost didn't buy this rug because it's quite expensive - so it sat in my shopping cart for a long time. Then I decided to go ahead and go broke and wow I'm glad I did!
