I bought these two sizes for my 4 year old who just upgraded to a size 13 this fall. I bought 12 and 13 to compare based on other reviews. In my experience they fit true to size, maybe a bit small. 13 is great for my daughter but maybe a hair smaller than some of the other brands. The width is narrower than some, which was good for us.
