The best review unit I've added to my toolbox.

This tool allows me to check the cables I make for correct connection. The TDR function allows me to troubleshoot based on cable impedance values. I can also determine which connection cables are used.

Ideal for repairing and maintaining cables

I love that this unit has an OTDR that can find breaks and lengths in cables. Not normally found in units at this price. It appears to be fairly accurate in both length measurement and broken wire detection. I work in my church's media department and made an adapter to measure the length of XLR cables (Mike) during breaks. Works great. All other functions like scanning, POE measurement etc. work great. The only drawback is the instructions. Need some better explanations.

At least the Ethernet test part worked.

When you buy test equipment, you expect it to work. You don't expect it to be dead, half working, or giving the wrong result. The Ethernet portion of the test pack works fine. However, the voltage probe was DOA. Didn't even turn on. It's a slap in the face to stick a QA sticker on the sensor and stick it in the box when you know it's not working. I ended up buying the required probe from another vendor. If Noyafa wants to compete with Fluke, they better make sure their products are ready to go.
