Do not wait!

Ordered these for mixing epoxy. They took a couple of weeks to get here so I had to buy a plastic mixing container from Walmart. It's only 8 ounces. And cheap plastic. I can usually get the dried epoxy out of the cups and reuse. In this case, they just jumped. They are perfect for regular paint. Otherwise, don't waste your money on it. You could just buy plastic cups at the dollar store. From now on, stick to Walmart dollar mixing containers!

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

When working with two-component polymer resins and hardeners, .

When working with two-part polymer resins and hardeners, these graduated plastic mixing cups are a MUST! However, I prefer to use a smaller mixing stick to mix the hardener into the resin as there is less chance of the mixture cavitation. (Air bubbles form.) Mixing takes time, but the plastic will be crystal clear when the resin and hardener have fully combined. NOTE: YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE SAME PART OF EACH COMPONENT IS USED IN EACH MIXED BATCH.

  • Price
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

It's nice that it comes with stir sticks

Ideal for mixing two part epoxy to fill wood cracks. Glad there are sticks! UPDATE // I finished most of the potting and found I had 20% more hardness than epoxy when I used a 50/50 mix 1 oz at a time. Twice the 1 ounce mark DOES NOT EQUAL TO THE NUMBER 2 MARK!” If my epoxy was soft due to insufficient hardener mix, I would peel. I worked at least 20 hours on this project and the $8 mugs pretty much ruined everything. DO NOT TRUST THE MARK. For this reason I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Long delivery time
