IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY BUY THESE

I have a Dewalt 9mm blade holder (DWHT 10037) that I always use (I cut out a lot of cardboard templates before I cut wood because I it can not allow errors when cutting wooden parts). anyway, I always have trouble finding replacement 9mm blades at the hardware store. When I find them, they're pretty expensive for just a couple of blades and I need to find a place to store them while I'm not using them. I usually use 58 degree blades but this time I ordered 30 degree carbon steel blades. So glad

Pros
  • Cutting Tools
Cons
  • So far so good

I LOVE precision razor with 9mm angle black carbon steel (58 degrees). I received a pack of 50 pieces. I just snapped off the perfect piece with needle nose pliers (I had a few pieces left over from a cheaper branded razor and they did NOT click evenly and fit poorly in the holder. So I ordered them to try). I actually used it to attach the thread cutter to my Husqvarna Viking Designer SE sewing machine. It fits perfectly and works like a dream now. Didn't have to carry it to the store and pay…

Pros
  • Power
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Too detailed active user review (TLDR: buy)

Extremely sharp. Sharper than the high-carbon version because the cutting angle is narrower. Just note that they have a slightly higher tendency to dull. Similar to cutting with a scalpel, but you can just snap off the blade if you want to get a new one. If you have a lanyard and it becomes dull, you can replace it with a new one in just a few seconds if you want to double the lifespan. The packaging was excellent, well thought out and sealed to resist rust (although the blade is rust free)…

Pros
  • Crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Some bugs
