I like that it's able to track my calls/emails through different stages of an interaction (from first contact all the way until final conversion). I like that it allows me to track my pipeline of opportunities as well as keep up with all communication between myself and our customers or prospects! This has been helpful for keeping everyone informed about what's going on within each opportunity/contact so far (and when they're expecting updates). I liked everything about this product - from its ease of implementation for one person teams (we used it), to how easy everyone can interact by using all kinds of social media channels and tools at once! There's nothing you dislike or that could make me want to look elsewhere when considering other products out there like these types of systems are very mature now so if they don't have what you need we'll likely be able to find something else pretty easily.
