As soon as I took it out of the box I said no. Returned immediately. The handle is not smooth and does not feel comfortable in the hand. The bristles are very hard and don't give way. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little more money on a well-known brand.

Don't waste your money. Bought to compare to others I have, others are better. And they are MUCH cheaper. Maybe a real Denman brush would be better, but this one is cheap plastic. Pink is CVS's Evolve, $3 cheaper than here. blue is Goody from Kmart, $6 cheaper than here. My favorite is Evolution

Like many curly-haired girls, I've always heard about the Denman brush and how it's the holy grail of styling brushes. I was skeptical of how my hair would react to combing when wet (compared to a wide-toothed comb), but it's great for detangling, spreading product, and even styling. I just removed two lines from it. The insert is easy to remove when you want to clean it, but stays in place when in use.

This comb is very cheap and I can't even brush my thick curly hair. When I got the comb in the mail I thought it was a joke because it looked almost like a toy doll hairbrush. The bristles on it are hard, thick plastic that don't move at all, which isn't good for your hair. Don't use his brush on your hair unless you want to damage/destroy it. Stick to well-known brands.

Two dollars cheaper than the same style goodie brush and you can feel the difference. The teeth on this one are a bit painful compared to the goodie brush I bought at the same time, which is not the case. I wanted to see if the $2 savings was worth it, and it wasn't. I use this brush on my dogs/keep it by the chair for when I need to brush my hair on the go. NOT MY GO TO THE BRUSH.

This brush was too difficult to disassemble. It literally pulled my hair out and I had to throw the comb in the trash because I missed my haircut to get it back. I do not recommend this brush as the bristles are very stiff and do not comb my hair without tangling it.

I wanted to be like my 4a/4b sister. Not suitable for my hair as I have thin hair and am too lazy to comb my fingers. Hairs 4a, 4b and 3b. I have a mixed texture. I was close to going bald using this on my fine hair. If you are prone to fairy knots and have a mixed texture. We need a mixed hair texture brush. good for the front of my hair. It ripped out my middle and the back of my head.

I love this comb, it detangles hair, does not damage hair and is very easy to clean. The only problem I have is that the top slides out a lot and it's annoying when you have to put it back in the slot.

I can't find my favorite goodie brushes in stores anymore so I was very happy to find a similar brush here. 3 stars because it's like combing your hair with your nails. The plastic bristles are so hard they literally hurt when you use them. I threw it away.
