The ease with which we were able manage our migration from Office365, as it was simple enough for my non-IT colleagues! There are options available within each module if you need further assistance but I found they always got back in touch quickly - even when others had not received any updates either (which could be weeks). We have migrated all staff's emails into an archive section so will only delete old data after 2 years once their contract ends rather than keeping everything indefinitely…

I appreciate in particular their ability for solving problems, particularly when it comes to implementing an environment quickly because we always have time constraints with our business needs!
