I bought these to throw in the bath to give my 7 month old a little bath fun. They are thin and do not stick to the tub as advertised. My son has no teeth yet and could even chew through with his gums. The worst thing is that it doesn't come with a storage bag. I would recommend them for a child of ANY age. Not strong enough for babies, not functional enough to entertain toddlers.

I was very pleased with this item. My 22 month old son is now very interested in letters and numbers. Items are bright and colorful. Bought to replace a similar foam set. Having played with this for the first time with my 3 year old I am so glad I have it with designs on the front as it helps her line up the letters correctly which is helpful when she is learning letters. I wish I had bought these toys a few months ago. Most of the other toys I have for my little one are difficult to clean and dry or end up bumping her when she splashes in the tub. and air dry after swimming. These toys catch my little one's attention more than other bath toys because she likes to show off her knowledge.
