I have ordered several mats online and this is the best purchase! This is a very good rug. It had no smell unlike others I've bought. Also, I unrolled it and it lay flat. I am very pleased!

I love you! We ordered an 8ft chuck and it worked great. It's soft with natural tonal variations that add interest and texture to our space. It doesn't smell or get dirty :) For these reasons I didn't buy any other types of natural fiber rugs. Thanks very much!

I really like this carpet! I wanted a country look so I ordered this rug for my dining room. I'm glad it's softer than I imagined. I thought it would certainly itch, but no! love love love! I received a 6ft round rug that will go under my new dining table. It's been 2 days now and the rug has also almost completely relaxed, which none of my other rugs have done so quickly.

We found a FISHHOOK built into our mat. New carpet and we do NOT fish and we don't have any fishing gear at our house. Found it on my leg, badly gouged and bleeding. Based on the fabric tied to the hook, it looks like they used the hook in the manufacturing process (perhaps as a gripping point when weaving a rug?). Now I'm getting a tetanus shot.

Warning, this rug arrived in somewhat dirty packaging. I would open it from the outside if possible as I was covered in dust from many layers of plastic. Other than that, the carpet itself is beautiful and was overall clean. It heats my apartment perfectly and looks no worse than its more expensive counterparts. Was not pure white as pictured. It arrived looking shiny like plastic, maybe some nylon or polyester fiber. It also has a few blemishes and brown spots and looks really cheap. Seams are messy, protruding ends stick out. Also, they put some really sticky care instructions on the carpet that were very difficult to remove. I really regret my purchase and would not recommend this brand. I'm still trying to get it back. I think this store is misleading customers by falsely advertising their product.

I have just received my 4ft round rug and was a bit disappointed. It's cute and really good thickness, but there are some problems. First, stickers are attached directly to the carpet. I added a video about how annoying it is to remove them. There is also a very noticeable odor which I initially attributed to "natural" but I am 90% sure it is some kind of pesticide.
