Good Product if only they made their software more accessible

The ability to extract data from the system and present it in a clean way. The ability to add customizations according to the clients' requirements. I would say the system is not much user-friendly. The product is designed for the accountants and other finance professionals. It is not user-friendly.   • Easy extraction process with flexible querying options & report layout option's make life easier when preparing annual/quarterly tax returns.The flexibility as mentioned above alongwith integration capabilities help me complete my task efficiently without any issues.We can easily integrate these systems into SAP B1 or similar ERP software if required by customers too!

Great people and outstanding customer service

We work with them for over 10 years now - they are great! They always do what is promised when it comes time to deliver projects or upgrades that our customers need us to perform. I don't know how many times i've had to explain why something didn't happen because of their lack of communication skills (or just plain bad ones).
