be careful with this product. You will be prompted to use the tweezers provided to remove a small chip from the old cartridge. The laborious process of abs chip transfer didn't work for me. The product description does not clearly indicate that you must perform this step in order to use this replacement toner.

Pros
  • toner cartridges
Cons
  • some small things

Come on, boost the chip.

Everything works fine once you get this chip in a new cartridge. It didn't fit so I snapped off the plastic tab at the inlet and tucked it in. The chip just has to be there, so it doesn't matter if the plastic is broken or not.

Pros
  • Printer Ink and Toner
Cons
  • Lots

I have an HPm428dw and bought this product thinking I could replace the chips. Despite all the videos YouTube University has to offer, how to replace the toner and the useless tweezers you expect as the only "tool" to remove the chip. NOTHING. I used tweezers, a pocket knife, and a utility knife, but this chip wouldn't budge. My guess is that HP started gluing chips together to keep ripping us off at $100 for toner. Well, you've also been robbed by this salesman who leads you to believe that…

Pros
  • Printer parts and accessories
Cons
  • Everything is fine
