Product works well to restore the silver shine to my silver plated ring. I apply it with the tip of a cotton cue stick, which works better than a cloth on a small object. Then wait a minute and wipe it off with a cloth or soft paper towel. A word of caution, silver tarnishes and wears out and needs to be reapplied every time I wear a ring to keep it looking its best!
