Nutone Central Vacuum Supervalves Electrified Review

Works as a replacement for the older 120V Nutone sockets but looks the same as the old ones. The lid appears to be thinner compared to the older version. The instructions don't work. For example, they don't tell you how to remove the bracket from the air intake.

I bought a couple of these kits which include 3 air intakes and various parts to install a Nutone whole house vacuum system - lots of convenience in the kits but the intakes are very cheap made - out of the 6 I bought 5 failed - mostly either the spring (which keeps the lid closed) or the plastic part holding the spring. If the intakes fail, you'll lose suction, so that's not a good thing. So I bought these replacement parts from Revain - they seem much better (earlier models were made in China
