Cats will not approach it now

The first rating was 5 stars with Cat love it. Put food on and they will eat it instantly. I also feed wild animals that never drink water until I put a few drops in the water which helps improve their coat. I'm deducting one star because of the bad smell. So bad my cats, including one feral cat, won't go anywhere near him. It has an awful smell unlike the previous months of buying this product with great results. I can't believe it's actually salmon oil, it smells the same as before and whenโ€ฆ

Helps with stomach problems in cats and helps with shedding.

I'm buying this for my cat who has stomach problems due to allergies and vomits a lot. We gave her prednisone shots every few weeks and it didn't help, so I wanted to try something that would help her stomach and was inexpensive. I'm glad I did. It was sent from heaven. It reduced her vomiting by more than half. She will vomit once every few weeks, not every day. She also doesn't lose as much and seems more energetic. I love this product and the results I've seen. We just put the recommendedโ€ฆ

Nothing we do will make them eat anything that contains this stuff.

WE had high hopes for this Alaskan Salmon Oil product but unfortunately it's not for our 2 cats. Salmon in Treats, Meals and Treats is her favorite flavor and we feed her Salmon Reward Treats with great success. I don't know what's wrong here and I can't say anything for sure. It's just odd that our salmon-loving cats don't touch this stuff at any presentation. leave but eventually return for dinner within an hour. This is their behavior and we know it well. But they will leave this stuff forโ€ฆ

The cats liked it. Coats look great.

I will be back to buy more salmon oil from this brand. My cats seem to really like this brand and I just discovered salmon oil made with salmon oil. I wanted a bigger bottle, I have two adult cats and it doesn't last that long. A cat that started chewing the fur off its back with this salmon oil stopped removing shiny scales. So I bought another brand that came in an 8 ounce pump bottle. The first night I fed him both cats just looked at me like what have you done. Not sure if they will end upโ€ฆ

but it smells like the fish used is rotten

I usually buy fish oil capsules and add them to my cat food but I decided to try this instead and I regret buying it. It has an extremely strong odor that is not only fishy, but smells like the rotten fish they used. My cat won't even touch the drop food because it's superior to Fancy Feast Fish canned food. She will literally starve all day instead of eating it. I mean I can feel the difference and it's awful with just one drop. Based on some reviews where few cats or dogs liked it, I thinkโ€ฆ
