The pan is empty after 1 month of use. I lost the nonstick feature and when I tried to contact Nutrisystem support I was refused by 5 different representatives from their company with no resolution. In the end they all said I used too much heat. Do not buy their products, they are not even intended for cooking. Just to look pretty. Save money and buy stainless steel; these products are useless.

I received a package that was clearly used by someone else. Package has been opened and repackaged as if mixed. Arrival took over a week. The pot lids looked dirty and one of the pots even had a chip on it. The sole purpose of purchasing these items was to avoid damaged/potentially non-toxic items. Extremely disappointed is putting it mildly. I was expecting a "new" item - if I wanted a used/returned item I would buy it instead.

Updated Review. I tried to update this review but for some reason it wasn't published. But. We had an issue with our dishes which we REALLY loved. This set has an edgy look and we really liked that the pans were shorter and wider than traditional cookware. Customer service was fantastic and took care of us right away - very quickly. WOW this is amazing. I used to have pots and pans that claimed to be "non-stick," which turned out to be false, but they really are. Everything sticks together instead of sticking, which is very easy to clean. I've used the large pan a few times in the last week and it still looks brand new. The cook set arrived in fair condition but the non-stick coating deteriorated significantly after 3 weeks of use between late June and mid-July. For a large 11" pan, I use the included spatula all the time, but currently half the pan is leftover food when I'm cooking veggies or loose proteins (like shrimp). I love this cookware set. Yes, the new dishes are something special – nothing sticks. It is magic. I can't speak for them in the long run, but making eggs, bacon and pancakes has been a dream so far. The spaghetti sauce washed out well and the cooked meat seemed to separate easily. I suggest not washing them in the dishwasher, tempting as that may be.
