I love this cookware set. Yes, the new dishes are something special – nothing sticks. It is magic. I can't speak for them in the long run, but making eggs, bacon and pancakes has been a dream so far. The spaghetti sauce washed out well and the cooked meat seemed to separate easily. I suggest not washing them in the dishwasher, tempting as that may be. The spatula is not metal, so as not to scratch diamond-like surfaces, but not soft silicone. I need something that will gently scratch the pans so they don't warp. Perfect together. The lids fit pots and pans and you can even use them for pans. All handles are very well covered with thick silicone. This cookware set works on an induction cooktop - so cool I have an induction cooktop along with a gas cooktop. I love the blue exterior color as well as the shiny ceramic smooth surfaces on these pots and pans. I'm so glad I have my new cookware set. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, quick, quality non-stick ceramic cookware. The good news is that it also works on induction cooktops.
