I ordered a 5lb container of chocolate and vanilla, received them at the end of April, they were on the counter a few weeks before I used them. I checked the expiration dates and while the vanilla expires in 2021 the chocolate expired 5 weeks after receiving five pounds of it. Will buy again but check expiration date right away as I was about a week late to return this one. Stale $70 whey protein isn't a good deal.

I received the chocolate and it is too sweet for my taste. Otherwise it's a good product. Doesn't upset my stomach or cause bloating like some protein powders do. I need some fat, otherwise I'll get hungry again quickly. I either add a tablespoon of natural peanut butter or an egg yolk. Both also contribute a lot to the flavor factor. I also have an unflavored version that suits my needs better as I can adjust the sweetness. I will continue to buy it.

I like my serum to be simple and not high in sugar. This isolate is exactly what I want in a protein powder, just whey and nothing else. Many other expensive powders contain tons of sugar, caffeine, and questionable additives. It's nice that there are still no fake options like Nutricost. It mixes well with oat milk and dissolves easily in a shaker. Sometimes I add a little vanilla extract for flavor, but with protein powders I appreciate their neutral taste.
