Don't buy this unless you really have a sweet tooth.

It's so cute I couldn't even eat it. I tried doubling the amount of water but it's still too sweet. Love the raspberry flavor, wish they reworded that.

Pros
  • amino acids
Cons
  • unreliable

I can't believe how delicious this is!

I read that 20 mg (4 scoops a day) helps reduce sugar cravings and promote weight loss and I thought 4 times a day? Yes! Then I took my first sip. This stuff is so delicious it won't be hard to stay on track.

Pros
  • L-glutamine
Cons
  • Some little things

Too much sucralose for vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements

Artificial fruit flavor and artificial sweetener sucralose are too strong. You put a teaspoon in a glass of water, it's sweeter than lemonade. Not much safer than aspartame, sucralose has been shown to reduce gut bacteria by 50%, among other dangers. Sucralose was only approved in two studies that only lasted four days!

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other products
