Great taste and good energy boost for my workout. I actually notice a difference in muscle energy when I'm not using it during my workout. I buy tea-based flavors because they don't use artificial colors. The other flavors are delicious too and I've used them regularly. I've recently decided to avoid artificial colors as much as possible and it was easy to change that knowing how delicious this raspberry tea flavor is. I use 3 scoops for 20-24 ounces of cold water with a few ice cubes.

Strange color. Definitely tastes like ice tea. It works. You get an energy boost and the drink is sweet. Sometimes it was too sweet and I added more water to solve this problem. Not my favorite flavor but I like it. It helps me get through a 30 minute run on the treadmill and then an ab workout. Disappointing, weak taste. I have been using Amino Energy for many years now and am generally impressed with the product. I always have 5-6 flavors open so I have some variety and have bought at least 15 different flavors (and tried others at my gym).
