Very easy-to -use and helpful interface

It is very user friendly. I like that it has so many different ways to track my progress in each meal/snack with pictures included! There are also various other features such as tracking calories burned etc., but they aren't required for me personally since i'm just using this website for food logging purposes. Pros
  • easy navigation system makes navigating easier than others.

Great Software For Nutrition Care Planning

Pros
  • Very simple, quick way yo enter into all kinds food groups without having any trouble entering them!! You do get points deducted though depending how many calories per serving etc.it's super helpful too keep records throughout our journey through life!!! :) Also helps me log what kind foods patients had during hospital stay while recovering post operation procedures ! And then help provide education regarding nutritional needs once discharged home
Cons
  • Some little things
