Seems pretty handy, my Toby hasn't messed with it and tried to rip it off like most collars. The tear off function works well! I made the mistake of opening his cage on the way home from the vet and he managed to slip out. He got under my seat but I managed to grab him by the collar to stop him walking. or so I thought. The collar pulled away from him with minimal effort which is actually great! If it ever gets stuck I'm sure it will work itself out.

He is not used to wearing a collar and is 5 years old. I was afraid he would fight back. He acted like he didn't even know it was on. I didn't have any fall issues like some of the other reviews. The collar was great for about 2 weeks then it started falling off.
