So many problems but #1 doesn't turn off

DOES NOT DISCONNECT. I was in awe of it, but quickly realized it was definitely not! The top part just spun so it was very difficult to work with because my hand was holding it, but then it spun randomly and I almost dropped it on me. 2. The screw on the side caught my hair while curling. I couldn't get it to let the hair out, so I had to pull out the hair stuck in the screw to avoid frying the rest. He didn't quit! I definitely turned it off in the morning, but it should still turn off…

Great curls - bad smell

This is a great curling iron, especially with different interchangeable nozzles. The product will notify you when it has reached the selected temperature and is ready to use. The only thing that smells bad. No matter how much product, hairspray or whatever I use, I can't get rid of the smell in my hair when I curl it. I'm not sure what the barrel is made of or what, but the barrel has a strange smell. Besides, it's a great tool. I hardly use it because my hair will smell like a barrel.

Works great BUT: Styling tools and accessories

This flat iron heats up fast, curls beautifully and leaves hair soft and shiny. I like that there are many heating modes. My only complaint is please consider giving the pen a different color. I often reach for my curling iron with just peripheral vision, which isn't usually a problem since my old iron had a pink handle and a silver iron. but with this one, which has both an iron handle and a shiny black handle, I grabbed the wrong end TWICE during the wedding I was doing my hair for!
