The pools are very thin and light, similar to children's play pools. Bought for my wedding party and they will work fine but they don't compare to glassware or reusable tableware. They look good but feel cheaply made. Definitely more like a DIY wedding feel than the fine china I was hoping for.

This set can't be beat for the price - large plates, small plates and cutlery? What more could I ask for. The quality was fantastic, shipping was fast. Everything was very durable and so beautiful that guests asked if we "wash the dishes". I just laughed, no way! The best part is that I have enough for two more vacations!

I bought these for our weddings and they were PERFECT! I was incredibly impressed with the plastic product that looked and felt great. It might seem like a lot of money, but considering all the other options I considered, this was the best deal in terms of quality. Even the dishes were good! They handled my southern food (heavy BBQ to begin with, beans and corn on the cob) and I can say without a doubt I would use them again. I'm always on a tight budget and I felt they were worth it.
