These are inexpensive sponges that are best used for cleaning dishes and kitchen countertops that are free of burns or dirt. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. A single sponge will last a sufficient number of weeks without smelling or falling apart. I just give it a good rinse and let it air dry in the sink.

I may have lost the quality of sponges over the years, but Scotch branded products are generally expensive so you can rest assured their sponges will last a reasonable amount of time. Expect a couple of weeks. before they fall apart. I don't use them to build up solid fat, so I use quality Teflon pans that last a long time. For them I use a sponge for all surfaces. But these sponges should hold up to regular dishwashing. They are basically garbage.

Similar to the standard ocelo sponges I buy at the supermarket. For some reason they haven't been to the supermarket in weeks. coat colors. I have 20 orange and 20 green sponges. I was hoping that each pack would have different colors (like blue, purple, yellow) as shown in the photo in the listing, but there were only 2 orange and 2 green sponges in each pack.
