Worked well but I only used one. Two of them made the trunk difficult to close, so they left one new and one old, which left just the right amount of lift.

Bought these to replace the bad ones on my 2012 Cadillac CTS. They fit perfectly, exactly match the factory originals. Installation couldn't have been easier, it took me literally seconds to install each one.

I bought a pair of these for my 2009 Cadillac CTS as the trunk lid would not stay open unless opened fully. I was afraid the lid would snap shut on my fingers. They were easy to install and I no longer worry about the lid being left open. I would like the struts to lift the lid all the way up when the trunk is opened remotely, but they do exactly what they are supposed to do.

They will fit and provide more lift than worn OEM blocks.
