I bought this to mount my phone on my bike while riding Zwift indoors. It's a solid mount and great for indoor riding, it's easy to set up and will hold your phone securely while you ride.

There are many mounts with this design so I tried to buy one that looked chunkier. I have a cheap one with a tripod and it broke pretty quickly, so luckily this one is a bit sturdier. The spring mechanism works as it should and the base has a steel insert for a 1/4"-20 screw. I might buy another one for my sister as she uses her phone at school.

Let me start by saying that my phone is an exception and really isn't the best choice for a phone with a lot of buttons on the sides of the phone. The kit is clearly not to blame. Plastic - Plain plastic, typical of cheap professional mounts. The spring tension capacity is very strong. This should be an inexpensive solution for most phones.

This is my second time buying this set. I am adding some adhesive backed flat and curved Go Pro mounts to this kit and assembling my own car phone holders. This setup is far superior to any other true "phone holder" you can buy for this specific purpose. The Go Pro mounting material is versatile and durable! I also use them in combination with 1/4" x 20 thread hot shoe adapters, which I also bought here at Revain, to attach my phone or power bank to my DSLR. Highly recommend!

is MUCH better than I originally expected. Thought it wouldn't last long because it's plastic but wow. Holds the phone firmly by the headband for hands-free shooting. Plastic joints hold tight even with constant shaking, moving. Don't be put off by the low price, this product is really good. Having ordered them over a month ago I can say these mounts work well. I use the GoPro mount adapter most often with the Insignia Everyday Adventures Accessory Kit that I bought on sale at Best Buy. They work well together (which was one of my first problems). Attached is a photo of the main tripod setup I use this mount for. (seen above right) There are no real negatives, so four stars tends to indicate that this is a conservative rating. I like this set quite a bit, but I can't say I LOVE it.
