I like how it feels to be in an immersive environment, as if you were there. The lack of feeling of being there is something that really needs to be addressed. It's very difficult for me to get used to the fact that I'm not actually in the room with the people I am talking to. Maybe this will change over time. I also dislike that when I am looking down at my phone, I can see the screen reflecting off of my face. This makes it hard to look up from my phone without making eye contact with someone

The best feature is being able to see 360 degree videos with VR goggles, it's so amazing I can't think of anything else that needs improvement in this product right now! It was great seeing my friends who have been living away from me for years but still wanted us all hang out together again through virtual reality - we were actually hanging around as if at each other houses when using these video calls which made them feel like they're really there even though miles apart (literally).
