A Great Work Out or For Travel

For those that don't have room for a home gym or needs an option for exercising while away from the home/gym resistance band sets are a great option. But all sets are not all created equal. The Odoland 21 piece set has everything you need for a full body workout and for those that need a lot of resistance this set can get you to 100lbs easy.All though I mostly go to the gym or use my home gym when I can't get to the gym, this little set makes it easy. A great substitute for weights

A high-quality product that I found to be a great substitute for weights. Some tips:-- While this set was a good deal, you might not use all the other pieces that come with the resistance bands. I don't use the disks or some of the other components. So, order a set that has only what you'll really use.-- If you've been using weights, you might not feel you're getting a heavy-duty workout, but it's because of the difference in the loading. Detective item on my review.

Purchased and received 5 sets of these bands a few days ago. One of the green bands is defective. It should of been a 20lb 9.0kg band. Instead it came as a 40lb 18.2. Only one green band came as so.( check pic) Which of set my my other 4 green 20lb 9.0 kg bands. Looks like it was packaged wrong. I would like the right one sent to me asap. Thank you

Needed some kind of manuals.

They seem durable, etc. However, since this is the first time I'm using one of these, it would have been nice to have some kind of description as to what some of these things are for, and how they can be used. Thank God for Google.

Awesome set, handles a little small

So far I'm pretty impressed with this set. I was a little disappointed when I first opened the box because there are zero instructions for using the door anchor. And as a newb with resistance bands I really needed some ideas on what excercises I could use these for. However, if you go to Odoland's website you can download a 76 page booklet with a huge list of exercises and there are also instructions on how to use the door anchor. My husband was very excited about this set and spent a good 15…
