Strong body but threads are prone to seizing

If your connecting rod is strong enough, look elsewhere. The cords on this puller are very thin and flat, making it prone to jamming during extraction (they eventually wear out from friction and pressure). Mine turned out to be unusable so I'll look elsewhere.

Piece by piece

On the third day I tried to pull my old Gm Pitman arm off with a regular puller before this thing arrived. The trick is to not try to launch it with one shot. I squeezed it hard and hit it a few times with a hammer, then I twisted it again, repeated about 4 times, and it came out right away.

The right tool for the job, common savior!

I fought the grip for an hour, I knew I would win the fight so I ordered this puller, I waited 2 days .(This was on a car that sits in the garage most of the time and I also replaced the steering gear so no big deal) I got a puller and removed the lever in about a minute The right tool for any job !
