The product is not what I ordered

The product I received does not match what I ordered at all. Based on the picture and the product description I thought I'd order Sheet of White name tags. I received 2 badges per sheet with a brown border. So frustrating and disappointing. Now I have to take the time to return it and go to the store to buy what I need because I don't want to handle the wrong product again.
