They all arrived intact - none broken as advertised. This is the first fabric marker I've tried. This chalk is very hard. This chalk is waxy, leaves a nice thick line (see first picture) and will withstand reasonable pressure without breaking. This chalk is also quite difficult to completely remove from the fabric. I tried brushing it off and it got considerably lighter, but the pressure of the brush would damage delicate fabrics and I tried steaming it off like candle wax, it didn't make much of a difference (photo 2). Pros: All parts were intact although the box was shipped in bubble wrap. Cons: Very strong pressure is required to mark the line, creating resistance against the knit fabric, resulting in wrinkles, creases, and crooked lines. This chalk is more like wax. It leaves an uncomfortable stickiness on hands, unlike the dryness of chalk. People who leave such great reviews shouldn't have experience with a quality product.
