First I bought a large clothes hanger. It was too big for my new laundry room. This one is much smaller. It helps. I hung it over the sink. Due to the short distance, it is a bit difficult to hang large items easily. It's really a lot if you take the time to use all the space. However tiring.

I put this in the laundry. That's a good rack. Due to the fact that I posted it, it was a bit difficult for me to install it myself. I love that you can expand and fold it up when not in use. It's not very heavy, but it's great for hanging things that you want to air dry. I would buy it again and also recommend others to buy it.

I decided to use this without the system supplied as I was concerned the adhesive would ruin my wall. When it expanded I simply found two cleats and put the 1-5/8" screws I was provided into the cleats through the holes in the frame. If you don't have room with rivets, you probably either need their system or at least use some anchors. Seems very durable. I use it to hold 2 large bath towels over the vent to dry after my shower everyday rather than running the dryer daily.

Every time you take something out (fix it on the wall) or put it back (fix it on the wall), I commend you to bolt it or screw 2 x 4 in the wall. Using adhesive to attach to the wall, considering the weight of things drying on it plus the weight of the actual product being dried, is not a permanently attached product. For extra strength, use stainless steel screws, which you can buy at any hardware store. I personally don't like doing things twice, so I try to get things right the first time…

This shelf was the best I could find that served my purpose. I love that you can adjust the width of the bars (before you mount them). In the widest position, this offers plenty of room, but with crossbars like this, they're not as strong. Also, I really wish there was more space between the bars when it's fully extended out of the wall. I use it as a dryer and when I fill each slat the clothes don't dry optimally because there isn't much airflow between them. But it doesn't interfere with what

I attached this to my backyard fence. We have an above ground pool and I'm tired of baby towels ending up on the patio.
