The customer service is great! I love that they always reply back to me so quickly, even if its just for something as simple as an update or change request! They also have very detailed documentation in terms of what you need done/how it should be implemented etc - which was really helpful at times too (esp with some clients who are not technical savvy). I like that you can set a reminder to receive an email or text message with the arrival time of your driver. This makes it easy for me to plan my day around my deliveries. The app isn't as good as other apps, i would recommend using the website because it's simple and easy to use.
