OHMAXHO Wine Stoppers - Set of 5 Silicone Bottle Stoppers for Wine and Beverages (Black) Review

These are EXACTLY the same "Bunny" wine and beverage closures. But with them you get more for your money. Both cork brands do not have a solid solid steel core and both are soft/hollow in the bottom half of the cork. If you need lots of stoppers at a great price, look no further.

They work but are too small to fit properly in the bottle mouth and sit almost flush with the bottle neck. The worst thing is they are not hard silicone they are hollow which makes them look and feel super cheap which I think is fair enough but for the same money there are better quality plugs that look better, so I would recommend you to do this.

In contrast to the corks supplied, these silicone corks can be easily inserted or removed from a wine bottle over and over again. Then it can also be washed and reused hundreds of times. I thought they might be a bit small for the large wine bottles I buy but they are perfect just the way they are. They close well and are so easy to remove and put back in the bottle, love them.

First world issues of course, but I had trouble finding a wine stopper that would fit a bottle of wine in the fridge while in use. Other wine corks were too high. I don't have a fancy or special fridge, and while the shelves are adjustable, I didn't want to adjust the shelves for a bottle of wine (and lose height height on other shelves). These corks sit snugly and low on the bottle, are easier to insert and remove, and do a great job of preserving wine. Two thumbs up!

I bought these corks because the description said they were dishwasher safe. Even though I washed them on the top rack of the dishwasher, the metal casing started falling off after a few weeks of use. This has happened to all stoppers. Mold grew in the cavity between the silicone and the metal, so I couldn't continue using them. I wish they were a single piece of silicone and that would work. These plugs look nice and are easy to use so I was hoping they would work. It is a pity.

Unfortunately the plugs supplied did not work properly. The first two I used leaked a little, enough to leak when the bottles were on their side in the wine cooler. I bought these with red for a Christmas party because of the ease of the "holiday" look. the ability to lay the bottle on its side. We knew that if we had any leftover wine, we would have limited space in the fridge.
