I bought these OHOHAI handlebar gloves because I keep losing my regular gloves, I mean all the time! I think I've changed 8 pairs in the last 6 months...so I figured they were perfect as they always stick! My biggest worry was that I wouldn't be able to stretch my arms out fast enough if something were to happen. But I had nothing to fear! I put them on a gravel bike with flat handlebars for winter riding. I have Velo Ergogel grips with horns on the ends but these covers still work. Of course I had to remove the side mirrors, but I expected that. I put my shifters slightly inboard since my brakes are in the way. I think these covers will work on most brake/shifter combos and may still work when I try the new brakes in about a month. The material protects perfectly against moisture and cold.
