I have purchased two of the faucets over the last year, and have been very happy with both. Packaging is solid to avoid damage, and both worked as intended. Quality resembles that of box store faucets that cost twice as much. Faucets included water lines that connect to 3.8 compression water lines, standard on most houses.

I never write reviews, but always read them before buying. This faucet is REALLY good. You won't believe it at this price, but it was every bit as nice as brands twice the price. My install guy said it was great quality and it's nice that it included all necessary parts. The Matte Black looks so nice, and the swivel faucet head is a nice feature. If you've had your eye on this, just get it!

Looks really good in our new bathroom. Easy to install. Came with everything needed to install, except the couple of tools of course. Husband was pleased with the installation. Instructions not great but he figured it all out and had it installed fairly quickly.

Update Jan 2023, I bought a 2nd one for another bathroom after the company replaced the first one that failed for free. That one is working ok (for now) so I thought my first failed faucet was a fluke - it wasn't. The 2nd one I bought 3 months ago just failed.same problem as other one, tiny pin holes sprouting leaks, spewing water everywhere. What's this made of and how thick? How ridiculous. Unless you enjoy climbing under the sink and replacing faucets, don't get one of these prices of junk…

Love this product. The care in wrapping to ensure no scratches as well as the white cotton gloves (nice touch). Why 4 stars not 5? Install instruction were difficult to follow. Too much drawing, dotted lines, small and not for the average. Luckily, I have installed faucets before. Install was ez . Instructions were ok but able to make out. Faucet i thought qould be bigger when mounted will have tobsee and if it grows in us. But plenty of pressure when change out the flow regulator.

I replaced my $259 delta with this faucet. The packaging was unbelievable. All components in plastic bag , then bubble wrap, then in a canvas bag with a pull tie. Wow first impressions were very high quality! The installation was super easy. So far no issues. If your water connections are far from your faucet you will have to go to a local hardware store and buy an adapter and larger and water lines. These come with smaller lines that aren’t typically sold in the US. But the faucets are beautiful.

I am very pleased with the product and so impressed by the packaging. I have purchased faucets 5x this price and the packaging and product were not as nice. I am going to purchase more for other bathrooms in the house. The install was the easiest ever as well do to the design.

We've had this faucet for a little over a year. The black paint is chipping off the handles and it looks terrible. Would not recommend this product.

We loved the look of these but one of the handles is already broken….they looked to be great faucets from the start but disappointed in them since we have only had them installed a month.

The hard part is removing the old faucet system, which is rusted or had calcium built-up. It's very straightforward if you installing this as a new faucet. It comes with all screws and hoses and very simple modern design.Note: best to turn off main water supply than turning off at the valve, most of the time the valve will have water leakage when you turn at the knob. This was a gift to my son. One works the other was missing a part so it is being returned and I ordered another one in its place. I would rather rate them once they are both installed .I ordered two faucets for my son, one was defective. I tried to order one faucet to replace the defective one but two faucets were delivered and charged to me. Making four faucets charged to my account. My delta faucet got clogged or broken after a home renovation. Tried everything to get it working again but couldn’t. Got this faucet to replace and it’s incredible. Amazing pressure, looks more expensive than it is, easy to install (although pretty bad instructions)… very happy with this. Way better than the Delta faucet ever was from the start!

Bought it for the price. After installing it, I have received so many compliments. Hard for people to believe that it did not cost hundreds of dollars.
