Much better than other brands

We have three different brands of hats in this style. This brand is by far the best. It really is twice as thick, softer and warmer! It can be too hot for a temperate climate. We're far north, in the cold, so this works great. This style is much more practical than a separate hat and scarf. An excellent solution to winter gear problems.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Some mistakes

Warm, versatile, well made

Bought this for my 7 year old this snowboarding season and so far we love it. It's warm, versatile, washes well and lasts all day in the snow. My son loves it too and sometimes just wears it at home as a suit. hahaha This is great value for money, especially considering it's versatile and well made.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Fine

Mileage is a little small, very soft

We have to go to the school next door. Considering it's in Memphis, it's pretty warm there. Although the wind REALLY picks up in the winter. Last year my kindergarten kid walked BEHIND me to protect himself. I bought 2 of these for my almost 3 year old who is about to start first grade to prepare for the coming winter. I will say they appear small but I also think my 3 year old almost 3 year old has a huge head! For $10 each these are ok, they are very soft.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Perfect for little kids in snow country

My 4 year old daughter loves this balaclava so much she wants to wear it all the time. It seems a bit big for her small head but I like that she can use it for a few winters as she gets older. It keeps them warm when we go sledding without worrying about falling off, just like with a hat. I also like the windbreak that covers the mouth and cheeks. Last year I had to wrap an oversized scarf around her neck that was so chunky. That works great.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
