Don't waste your money on this

This product did not work as advertised and caused more issues in my automotive engine cooling system than it solved. The only positive aspect was that it arrived fairly quickly after ordering. However, the cons far outweighed this lone pro. Spare yourself the headache and choose a different replacement part.

Customer service was good

Didn't work on my 2005 F-350 6.0L Powerstroke. The company and I discussed the issue and they quickly refunded my payment. Working with customer support was easy.

The thickness of the connector does not allow the use of a regular wiring harness, but they give a new one.

Replaced a burned out controller on my 2005 F350. This controller comes with a new wiring harness connector, but mine is fine so I didn't want to use the one that came with it. But the plastic on this unit is a bit thicker than the OEM and the connector on the factory wiring harness does not match the unit. I had to replace the factory plug with the one that came with it, but it's been working great ever since.
